Pragmatic Play opens live casino to UK players

One of the largest and most reputable gaming providers, Pragmatic Play, recently announced the launch of its live casino. They have joined with software company BetConstruct in order to bring games such as Blackjack and Roulette in live form to its players.

Although Pragmatic Play was only founded in 2015, it is shot into prominence as one of the most well-known and leading gaming providers in the industry. Because of their rise, it is unsurprising that they have now launched a live casino portfolio to UK users.

Sheriff Khamoura, Head of Compliance at Pragmatic Play, said: “Taking our Live Casino portfolio into new regulated markets has always been a priority for us, and we’re ready to launch in this exciting territory.

“The UK has a significant number of brands with a proud heritage, and we are eagerly looking forward to join these prestigious brands with our dynamic and cutting-edge Live Casino offering.”

State of the art studio

A special gaming studio has been built by Pragmatic Play to broadcast games to players so they can enjoy the thrill of these live games. It opened in April 2019 in the Romanian capital of Bucharest, with its current capacity standing at an impressive 43 tables. This facility is filled with tables and dealers, that UK players are now able to access.

Pragmatic Play aim to make the games as realistic and immersive as possible for players, with high-quality graphics, 4k quality cameras, and advanced broadcasting solutions. Just as importantly, they make sure all their live dealers are trained, experienced, and professional.

Players can also customise the platform for their own tastes. For example, they can control table ranges, attributes, VIP limits, and other features, including banners, fonts, and colours on-screen.

Game features

Their Live Blackjack games contain many different features, such as an “Auto-Stand”. This increases game speed by 25%, which can ramp up the thrills and excitement for players.

With this feature, players can set a minimum value of card points and the system will automatically select the “Stand” option for them when reaching the respective value. So, when the player gets a certain number of points, the hand will auto-stand after reaching the minimum points value.

“An immersive gaming experience”

Edgar Mkrtchyan, Gaming Group Product Manager at BetConstruct, said: “We are happy to see our partner Pragmatic Play expand their gaming catalog by launching a live casino.

“Undoubtedly, their true omni-channel offering will find a great success through BetConstruct’s Casino Suite and deliver an immersive gaming experience to all players.”
